RPKI validators
The two RPKI validators of frankonIX: addresses, RTR port 3323 and use by members.
frankonIX operates two Routinator instances. The route servers use both; members may optionally use them via RTR within the peering LAN.
| Validator | IPv4 | IPv6 | Port |
|---|---|---|---|
| rpki01 | 193.34.203.196 | 2001:7f8:15b:1::c122:cbc4 | 3323 |
| rpki02 | 193.34.203.197 | 2001:7f8:15b:1::c122:cbc5 | 3323 |
Important#
- The port is 3323, not the default port 323. It must be set explicitly.
- Configure both, not just one.
- One RTR session delivers the ROAs for IPv4 and IPv6.
- On the route servers: RPKI invalid is rejected; unknown and valid are passed on and tagged with
214591:1000:x(see BGP communities). - All five RIR TALs are loaded (AFRINIC, APNIC, ARIN, LACNIC, RIPE).
